Shred

Another night and I find myself
In the darkness of a dearth,
A shred of life
I can’t see alter,
Though if I pan out
On boredom’s laurels
And laziness shaped dull,
Silently explodes the tale
About my slow stride
Through the eternal pebbles
And I run, standing still, talking void.
